Resolved URL Rewritting Issue with MegaInc Template

After I turned on URL rewriting feature of Joomla Configuration, the redirect url does not work

https://edneylearn.com/index.php/en (without url rewriting) - okay
https://edneylearn.com/en/ ( with url rewriting) - broken - status code 404

Is this due to language switcher problem? or I am missing some configuration?

My question is not being answered. I know the link given to me work but I want to check why the using URL rewriting feature does not work with this template. It breaks my multilingual site link. Please refer to the attachment. When I turned this feature on (yes), it breaks all my links.
