Resolved URGENT! Shaper Radon Template Layout Editor

Hi there,

I have an urgent issue with my Layout Editor in my Shaper Radon template!
Every time I create a new position and the try to delete it, it does so and then the page refreshes and the position is back!

Also, I can't seem to access the options for each position inside the Header etc... so that I can edit the span for the logo etc...
Please help me as soon as possible as I am on a major time limit and need to move on to other things in this website!

Hi Sarah Allen,

Please PM your admin access. We need to take a look.

Note: Make sure install update helix v2 system plugin. Do you rename radon default template?

Unfortunately no - it doesn't seem to be working... Same issue as with Radon.

I cannot access the settings/details of the positions within the major positions.
When I click on the settings button it looks like it's going to load for a split second and then nothing...

When I go to create a new position (column) it just gets stuck and then I can't delete the position.

For those wondering - I had a number of third party extensions installed and one of them had conflicting JavaScript with Helix II....
