Resolved Upload Files, SP PAge builder not working

Ok, i was doing more testing, and i realized that if i create a new folder under images, and try to upload, nothing happens, but when i go back to the main images folder there is the image. with out advice its beeing uploaded in wrong folder and without any success notice
