I allowed my client to choose a template from your website, and they choose Shaper Glamour as they liked the mouse over effect of the fancy box add on.
It was only when the site was finished did i notice that Shaper Glamour uses an old version of Helix so in the new year I need to update this site to a later shaper template that uses the latest Helix
The site uses several 3rd party components such as Kunena and Membership Pro, but it does not use Hikashop and K2 which are installed as part of shaper glamour.
What is the best way to change this site over to another joomshaper Template and the latest version of Helix.

Are you saying that if a joomshaper paying customers uses shaper_glamour it cant be up graded?

Hi, Thanks for your reply. Please try to understand that, this template is made by Helixii and it's not possible to migrate to Helix3. I just said we have made update latest Joomla, Max extension and fix other known bugs.
