Resolved unpublished contact form is being filled out by bots on mutiple site

I'm having an issue with unpublished contact forms being filled out by bots on multiple sites. Below are a few messages being returned to the server. All installations are running the latest Page Builder and Joomla versions. Whats the best remedy for this. Thanks for your help in advance.
