Hi!

I know you are in the middle of a site redesign (which looks nice BTW), however, I am unable to download any extensions or templates after login. I'm working on trying to update some of the downloaded templates for some sites I'm working on, but this is putting me into a bind. Please let me know when it will come back online.

Hi Kenny,

Thank you for your kind words on our web-site new design. :) Much appreciated.

You are right: the # sign will indeed show up when you point your mouse on the "Download" and no download will be possible. Instead, if you click on this "Download" knob you should get a box with two more items, that will be downloadable just fine. See my screenshot attached.

I have a developer account (valid until 4/2015), when I click on the download button on any template or extension (except page builder) to download. I look at the URL it's going to for the download and it has a # like it doesn't allow downloading.

Is your license valid? What exactly template or/and extension you are struggling to download?
