I am unable to add both domains.

I have purchased for one domain one domain subscription earlier in 2019, which wad still not added to any website.
One domain subscription if purchased today.

But It still showing for 1 domain, not 2.

What's the resolution?

Your plan is Personal Plan and it has 1 website license.

You purchased earlier in 2019 which plan time is already expired. Ans as you purchase the Personal plan so you are not able to access two domains. It has 1 website license. That's why you add one domain not two

This response is as mentioned on the website. That we understand well.

Issue is: still that one domain for lifetime is pending. Not assigned.

Please help us assign that.

Our 1 website licence for lifetime is still there from 2019 subscription.

HI,
Lifetime usage means you can use your website lifetime and also use everything that you have. But when your plan time expires then you just only do not get any updates of our templates or extensions and all. But you can use your website like before but do not get any updates. Like if you now have SP Page Builder version 3.6.10. Now if your plan time expires then you do not get the latest version of Page Builder but you can use your previous one which you already installed. You can use it for a lifetime.You can use those templates which are already downloaded but you can not use those which are the updated version.Hope you understand now.

In that case, we may not like to continue this subscription for one domain only.

Please help us with the cancellation as per 7-day cancellation and refund policy.

We don’t offer any refund for any item that you buy/bought at a discounted price. The items you buy at a special price (e.g. promotions/discounts) will not be eligible for refunds.

No refund will be offered for any item (even if it was bought at a regular price) while any discount offer is running on our site. Your refund request will be evaluated after the discount offer/campaign ends.
