Hi team,
I am working on a new client site using the "Themis" template and the mobile menu shows all the time and doesn't hide when set to display on the right. When set to left align it works fine.

Unfortunately I can't send credentials to login for a customers site due to privacy issues so letting me know how to resolve this would be great. I have seen a few people have the same issue and that is now resolved.

I would like the mobile menu to show just as a hamburger icon until pressed which will then make it show.

I attempted to make some changes to the header.php file however what I did, didn't work and I do not have time to be trying to resolve this.

Current settings;
Menu type: Mega and Off Canvas
Off canvas position - Right
Header selection - Using header 1 with contact details and social icons.

You can see the dev site at http://dev.alltechsuspension.com.au

Thank you
Matt

Hi. I think your problem can be easily solved through the settings or css. php editing is not required at all.

I would like the mobile menu to show just as a hamburger icon until pressed which will then make it show.

But I can not understand exactly what you want (maybe because of my poor English).

Well in other threads people were asked by moderators to modify the header.php file hence why I tried that.

All I want is a collapsible mobile menu, it currently takes up half the screen, is always displayed and doesn't collapse into a hamburger menu. I want it to be the same as every other mobile menu on all of their other themes.

Exactly but using the Themis template. Have never had an issue with any other template, if you do a quick search multiple people have had the same issue.

Maybe because you have previously used the Helix 3-based templates.
Themis is Helix Ultimate-based. Helix Ultimate does not have these options out of the box. But I spent 5 minutes, which would override existing css code and add some custom properties. I did it right in the browser сode inspector . You, too, can easily do this if you have a css knowledge.

Here is the code for Helix Ultimate.

.offcanvas-menu {
width: 100%;
}
body.ltr.offcanvs-position-right .offcanvas-menu {
height: 0;
right: 0;
top: 60px;
}
body.ltr.offcanvs-position-right.offcanvas-active .offcanvas-menu {
right: 0;
height: 100%;
}
.offcanvas-overlay {
background: rgba(36, 35, 35, 0.56);
position: fixed;
left: inherit;
right: 0;
top: 0;
height: 60px;
width: 60px;
cursor: pointer;
}
.close-offcanvas {
display: none;
}
body.ltr.offcanvs-position-right.offcanvas-active .body-wrapper {
right: 0;
}

Perhaps for Themis template it will require some work.

I am not an employee of Joomshaper, which would react to it.
