Resolved Template Problem / Customizing Checkout

When I buy something from the shop and I get send to the Checkout ,where the checkout options, shipping adress etc. is, nothing happens. But in the template I bought the fields open automatically.
I didn’t change anything. Where is the problem or where can I customize my Checkout? (look at screenshot 5)

I had similar problem few weeks ago.
You have to update template and J2Store to last stable version.
--
Then set Shipping etc. in J2Store Options.

Hi,

I updated my template and my J2Store is on Version v 3.2.26 CORE.
Still nothing happened in the checkout. Please help.

I tried a few other things so far but nothing helped. I am running the latest shopin template and j2store version.
Please can you help me with this problem? As long as the checkout does not work we cannot go live :(

Hey,

I found something in the developer tools in my browser.
Look at the attachment.

Maybe its a conflict with java script?

First issue from console came from old version of SPPB.

What version of SP Page Builder you have installed?
The last one is 3.0.2,
but this template was fully tested with 2.5.4 only.

Hey,

our version is 3.0.1.

But it also did not work before we updated the SP page builder.

Is there an alternative option to fix the checkout?
