Resolved Subscription Not Activated.

These are my subscriptions :
Joomla Templates Club
Order ID: 4892366478 | Start On: 26 Feb 2013 | Finish On: 26 Feb 2014 [Not active yet] 365 No Limits
Order ID: 4865838887 | Start On: 26 Nov 2012 | Finish On: 26 Feb 2013 55 No Limits

The problem is that I can’t download any template because when I click on club download an internet page appear that say that I have to buy another subscription. How I can resolve it?
