Resolved Strict Standards: Declaration of JParameter Error

Hi,

I backup my site with akeeba but when I am trying to open the website getting this error-
I am able to login in back end and followed this intructions-

Global Configuration
Server tab
Server Settings
Now set the Error Reporting to ‘None’.

but getting a blank page again with same error.

Fatal error: Call to a member function add() on a non-object in /home1/fctqatar/public_html/alattiyah/new/libraries/joomla/cache/storage/memcache.php on line 435

I know I tried but I could not success. I followed the instructions but ...then I got this error. This site was hosted on cloudaccess.net and now trying to move on bluehost. can you guide me. I am not very professional.
