Resolved SP Simple Portfolio not displaying tags and titles as per default rectangle setting

I am using the Revibe template.

One one page, I am using SP Simple Porfolio with 'rectangular default style' but the style, tags and titles are not displaying.

I have used the settings as per this documentation.

This seems to be a recurring problem and no one has documented a solution.

Please tell me why this style is not working, and how to fix it.

If you suggest CSS - then please

1. Provide the CSS
2. Tell me which file to put the CSS into
3. Which line of the file it should go in
