Resolved SP Simple Portfolio double images

SP simple portfolio shows each image twice in the modal box.
For example i have 10 images in my portfolio, when i click one of the images opens in the modal box.
But each image is shown twice in the modal box.
The counter in the bottom right corner is also twice as high (20)
Please see the images i attached.
Any clue what could cause this isue?

Yes me too, it looks like in IE the navigation is removed but in my chrome browser it's still there. Maybe has something to do with cache of chrome. I will test it tomorrow again in chrome.
But navigation is now removed as a solution? That's a pitty.
Is it comming back? or is this the final solution?
