I have tried Chrome, Firefox, and IE - I normally use Chrome with no problem. However as I have been trying to troubleshoot this I find that if I build a page from scratch it works - but if I start with a Template half of the time it will not save.
So the problem now seems to be with loading templates and then trying to build a page. A couple of the sites I'm having trouble with I used a template and it worked fine at the time but now I cannot make changes to that page and they are live sites so I don't want to try changing templates. It looks like about half of the templates cause the pages not to save.

I am saving on pages - saving addons seems to work O.K. - but I can't save the whole page!
Maybe in meantime you installed any addcional plugin which may impact on admin.
About error 500 - it's always good idea to check server logs.

if you compare them with the new version of SP. Do you update the templates joson files with the new version of SP PB? (This is a question for the Team).

I did notice some of the add-ons do not work - like Google Map, etc. Hopefully that will all be updated soon

What is weird SPPB 3.01 and I cannot reproduce your issue. But sure I will share with developer.
Probably he will ask me for access to your site, so if you can share via PM.
@Louis please re-install with 3.0.1 and send me full access to your site via PM, we have to check it.
Maybe it's other plugin. Today someone else tried to reproduce issue on his website, but he couldn't.
