Resolved SP Page Builder does not load the Helix 3 template on the homepage!

Hey,

I created the homepage (Start) using the SP Page Builder, but for any reason the it does not load the helix 3 template. All other pages are working fine!

Any idea about what might be causing this problem?

Probably you visited the website after I had fixed the issue. I think, I figured it out. It could be a configuration setting related to loading "FontAwesome" and "Add container". I changed the global SP configuration like in the screenshot to "No" and the problem disappeared.

Hi,
I can see and browse your site (with Helix template installed) too.
Different PC, I use IP from EU (800km from You)

The problem is that this issue occurs occasionally like right now (1:14 pm,
May 20, 2018), and clearing both caches (Joomla + Browser) does not really solve this issue. So, what could it be?

On my side is 100% ok.
Somehow CSS files are not loaded on your browser.
Always check from 2 different browsers and 2 devices. ok.png
