I am trying to find out the best solution for gallery for a site.
SP Page Builder gallery is really not the right one, because of its limitation. You may not see the titles, etc. Page Builder also cannot use the plugin galleries like SIG Pro (which is one of the best written), or any other, unless you create module for EVERY single gallery. Can you imagine the manual for a customer who needs to work with galleries? Uh...
Using SP Easy Gallery is very similar, you need to create a module for a gallery and then insert as addon.
I think this part of SP Page Builder is a bit understimated and extremly limited, especially when you need to make articles with SPPB.
As a future add-on in the list would be SPPB MUCH MORE valuable than it is in its heights
