Resolved [SOLVED] New Joomla User

New to Joomla and I am trying to use the Sharper Image II Quick Start pack. When I install the Quick Start I get the below lines of code embedded at the top of site.

I tried installing a second Quick start and am getting the same error.

A few additional details. I am running everything on my localhost.

Please, go to Global Configuration from Admin area find Server > Server Settings > Error Reporting set it simple or none from drop down.
