Hello in the template shopin the j2store cart module positioned at the top right works well on a pc (on hovering it opens vertically making all products waiting to be purchased visible, the module closes regularly by moving the mouse from the cart icon )
Unfortunately, the same thing does not happen on smartphones. Clicking on the shopping cart icon opens downwards but then clicking again the icon does not close, forcing the user to reload the page or go back.

I asked j2store for help, thinking that it was a problem with the module but they reply saying that it depends on a template error and that they are not responsible, in fact, by replacing the template, the mistake disappears.

Can you help me????
Thanks

answer from J2Store:

The product gets added to the cart immediately once the user clicks on the add to cart button.

Here is a video I recorded while trying to add the mentioned product to the cart.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/m1cgkr7o6yyu1da/cartadded.mp4?dl=0

You could see that the product is added and this is reflected on the cart module on the top right corner.

It looks like the template has included a JavaScript or custom code to hold the display of the success text that says "Item added to cart. Checkout" for a particular time.

Please contact the template provider and check. If they have included such a code, please request them to remove it.

That should solve the issue.
