Hello,
I have been trying to use SHOPIN quickstart. After installation, I notice I can not modify the products because the images can't be saved.

This is really bad. I had issues with Newskit responsive and the support said they will update. I hope my subscription aren't gonna be a waste.

Remember what I said here before? "We all have a choice."

I have solved the issue. but that does not leave quite a good impression about your services.

My advice; always be excited to help your clients/customer when they are in trouble, especially when the issue arises from your product. That way, they will keep coming back knowing that you have their back.

Don't treat them like they are a burden, else they look for solution elsewhere and a replacement too, "we all have a choice".

For your information, I could not come online because I went out to give my client support and attention. And I did apologized for that. You should always know that no matter how beautiful your products are, if there is no customer to pay, you earn nothing. We all have a choice.


Hi, Thanks for your reply. I tried to solved your problem the different way. But, no success. I have sent you a zip file there was sql file and template all files. I have sent you instruction to config database. But, you couldn't solved. That's why i told you that, please come to team viewer. But, there was internet problem. Now tell me one thing that, is our end have any lagging? We are in holidays and at this moment i tried to keep in touch with you. Please don't worry. Thanks

When I gave you my username and password which you requested yourself,, it was not for local server. And you know it. So it is useless sending this video link to me.

I paid for the template, for crying out loud, and I need to see it working properly so I can make use of it.

Please follow the instruction.

1. Create new database inside the PHP MySQL
2. Upload the database inside your database from phpmyadmin
3. Download and unzip the zip file
4. Open the configuration.php file and set username, password and database name (This information you will get when you will go create database)

I have downloaded it. How do I use it. Do I need to over-write the database with this? The database in posgreSQL while I used Mysql.
