Resolved Shaper educon template not updated

Hi,
I bought a personal plan and I put my License Key into my website but when I start the update the system gives me this error: package download failed. Download and install it manually from https://www.joomshaper.com/index.php?option=com_product&task=download.download&product=template&id=92&sub=2&joomshaper_email=sportiamosara%40libero.it&joomshaper_license_key=c5f21aa3b4a679c42a76ee6950734791.
I've the same problem with page builder's update.
What should I do?

Hi,
the link works correctly but I just have installed latest version of educon template, if I install new version through Extensions>Manage>Install, The template will not cause me problems?

Sorry for your issue!
Have you tried to click on the link shown on the error, please?
It should download the package right there and then you need to install it through Extensions>Manage>Install as follows:

Note: if that link doesn't work, please download the file from here and then install it (as described above):
https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/template/educon
