Hey there,

I have just updated to the newest SPPB version (Pro 3.4.9). However, for any reason the row options (general, style, responsive, animation) are not working (see attachements)! What could be the reason?

Another problem: The home page is not working correctly on smartphones and tablets (see attachements)!

The problem in action here:

about 2nd issue, sorry it's also your fault.
Inside custom.css you added

.sppb-row-container {
width: 900px !important;
}

case closed.

Tips for the future:
1) More often clear browser cache. Always check on a 2nd browser in case of problems.
2) You must be more careful when using rigid width values. They are not always good.
Check @media CSS.
3) Instead helix3 I suggest using Helix Ultimate.

Have a nice day.

Hi,
About first screenshot (issue) you made basic beginner mistake, you forgot to clear browser cache after the update.

Hi Paul,

It was really the notorious browser cache! ;-)

As for the second issue, I will get rid of rigid width values or update to Helix Ultimate.

Thank you for your help.

p.s.
Remember to uninstall all helix3 plugins after installing Helix Ultimate, less is better.

Hey Paul,

I looked into the second issue related to the responsiveness on mobile devices again. It was not the regid width value, which was causing the problem. It was the mobile layout, which was set to (col-xs-4) in column options. I set the value to nothing and the layout ist now fine on mobile devices.

Greetings,

I've seen only front-end, anyway... settings may improve and destroy any layout, right. ;)
