Sure, I have attempted to utilize the template and associated plugins and for some reason my hosting website that i have subscribed for is having errors with uploading parts of the files. So since i cant really utilize the template. I have an associate that is more familiar with drupal and so i wouldnt really be able to do much with your services. I apologize and i tried to make it work especially because i liked your template design.

We can help you in this point. Can you please tell me which template you tried and the procedure you applied?

I tried the shaper crux template and the error was an error uploading the files. It would go through about 3/4 of it then say error unable to upload file

If you are new to joomla then I recommend you to install quickstart pack. Here is the step by step tutorial for installing a quickstart pack.

I attempted every pack actually the only two that seemed to work on the upload were the Jomsocial and Helix Template plugin. I first attempted the Quickstart pack. The host still will not process the upload after 3/4ths the way. I apologize for the delayed reply however i am currently on a business trip.

Eh found a way to get it to install via quick pack. Dont know why this is coming up though after i installed it. Any Idea?
