Resolved Quickstart Installation doesn't finish

2. Open sample_data.sql in notepad
3. Find out InnoDB and replace all InnoDB to MyISAM

I need really your help for finish my site. I read and follow step by step your help in this link. There are two week ago I try to install megadeal_quickstart_j3_v1.9 without succeed. On my pc there are (i don t know where is the problem) :
- Win 8.1
- wampserver2.2e-php5.3.13-httpd2.2.22-mysql5.5.24-32b ( on the titer you can see the king of php and php MY….)
- Before I doing another site in Joomla_3.2.2-Stable-Full_Package_French_v2 on it without problem but because the different problems for install the , I uninstall and delete (the wampserver and folder of joomla ) but none.
- I want to know: what s the real stable version of wampserver or what apache server can do it?
NB: I’m French , it because my English is not the best. I need your help thank

I don't know what explain I can tell you about of my configuration. I come to install with successful, joomla 3.2.2 on it. Before I work on wamp without no pbm. For success your joomla, I Ve uninstalled all and install xamp like you said and it is the same pbm. Somewhere in your post, you said "try with my package in PM". Where's the link of that? All you had to do was....
a) Unzip
b) Copy to folder from where you can install Joomla
3) Run installer

Please following the instruction.

1. Download the zip file & unzip into your htdocs or www directory
2. Create new database from PHPMyAdmin
3. Upload the database inside new database

4. Extract the zip file of megadeal_v2.0.zip
5. After extract zip file find out the configuration.php file and open configuration.php file into notepad or editor and change your database name, username pass

Please check your pm to get download link of zip file

Have you bought hosting where we can install you that DEMO?
Maybe it will be faster than current way of helping you. Yes, we want to solve it.
But until you are on localhost only it doesn't help us.

2- change my logo to megadeal_ii logo

You have to create a manufacturers in French languages.
On offcial VM forum I have found those tips:

#1: VM Configuration -> Configuration -> Multilingual shop: (select your French language here).

#2:
Your can export the files form the SQL database.
After that ive edited the output in notepad and changed the table names like this
(prefix)_virtuemart_manufacturers
to
(prefix)_virtuemart_manufacturers_fr_fr
