Question with Button Add Cart

My product layout is different from the demo with respect to the Add Cart and Favorites buttons. How to configure the buttons to appear inside the image when moving the mouse?

I did not make any changes to CSS. I'm using Custom.css where it has only three lines that does not refer to this part.
