Resolved Product results quantity display on Shopin template

I would like to add a drop down in category view to allow the user to select how many products are displayed on the page. Typically something like "Results 1-20 of 65" with a dropdown to select how many per page. I can't see anywhere in the settings or menu item filters to do this.

I can see it working on the MegaDeal II template here:

Allows you to select 15, 30, 60 or 150 per page.

I would like to achieve the same on the Shopin template.
