Resolved problems with Paypal payment

Hello - after doing a test purchase of a course, using PayPal, I experienced the following issues:

1)Paypal reflects that a payment has been made, but the Order does not show up as an order in the Admin's SP LMS Order panel.

Please advise how to rectify these issues.
