Resolved Problem With Module SP proprierty proprierties with fixed price (mix always it with meters)

Thanks for your query. I think your module is showing another price and when you click to view it in details then you are getting the fixed price. If so then please check this answer from this link https://www.joomshaper.com/forums/precio-total#reply-176071

I don't think that file created the error. You can replace that file with the previous one to check this.

Now i cannot share live url because domain is under maintenaince.
I made some attempts on local server, The result is here. With yours disappear button more info and don't show some info.
Other doens't calculate fixed price in correct way. here 2 photos

Please follow the following instructions.
1) Remove the previous file.
2) Goto this file location /modules/mod_spproperty_properties/tmpl/default.php
3) Then replace the attached file there.

After checking many posts, I found this post and I think this might be an issue for the module still. Currently, menu items of the type "SP Property » properties" are working fine. However, the SP Properties module is still showing the "(price * property size)", even if I had set "fixed price" to yes.

Can you check it out and make modules also follow the instruction of the "fixed price" option? That is:

"If yes then show the price you have given at the price field otherwise it calculate the price as (price * property size)."

Currently the price in module is always "(price * property size)." regardless what we set for "Fixed Price".

For me that not fix to!!! the price was multiplied by the m2 !
and i changed the file default.php by the file i downloaded

Hello, I have the same problem.Can anybody help? I am using temlate - estate - the latest vercion and SP properties 3.1. The Fixed Price button doesn't checked after save, the price is wrong. Even if I set 0 en m2 or sqft, is is shown in frontend of the object. Thanks
