Hi,
and why do you think it's our "fault"?
In Joomla cache can be managed (also cleaned) from settings or .htaccess
but we do not have control over mobile device cache -- we are not government or device factory.
HEY PAUL:
WHO SAID THAT IS YOUR FAULT ?????????????
Paul, I have read many of your responses in these forums. In my opinion, you are doing Joomshaper a bad service, do you know why?
Because you are not being polite to your customers. You should give more polite answers. I understand that you don't have patience for customers, but we are not to blame.
I remind you that I am a customer that I paid to buy your products and to have support.
In relation to the problem I mentioned, you solved an identical problem a few weeks ago, with a slider that was kept in cache in all browsers and did not assume the changes.
Of course I cleared the cache of Joomla and SP Pagebuilder, but it doesn't solve it.
We do this:
I ask you to give this post as resolved and we don't talk about it anymore, ok?
Someone will probably help to solve this problem.
I also invite you to read the opinion of your customers in relation to your templates.

In 10 minutes I will post another small problem that appears on mobile phones in relation to a template.
I don't want to blame anyone, I'm just here to contribute to improving your products, especially as I love SP PAgeBuilder.
Best regards.
