Dear support:
I just purchased the 3 months plan yesterday to download those fabulous templates.
Your template and product are great, but I have to request a refund because, I just realized that an exist website cannot use quick-start option it will erase my current website.and I don't have too much time to re-build my website.

Please refund to me, Thank you .

I am sorry to hear your frustrations with your web-site design but we don't refund purchases, made on wrong assumptions regarding how our products meet your design requirements.

In your refund policy,it said refund could be made in 7 days.
I tried to get help in the support forum but no one answer it. So I don't think it is worth the money I spent.

I posted two urgent questions yesterday , I expect can get answer in short period but it takes such a long time.

My business website is operating and waiting a day for a reply is unacceptable.
Besides, your policy clearly indicate refund can be made in 7 days after purchase, that's the reason I trusted your company and hope can resolve the issue in my website.

I NEED A REFUND , or I will file a claim in Paypal resolution center.

Our response time is 48 business hours and you submitted your tickets on Sunday, when we don't provide support. You sound highly unreasonable.

I am your customer , if a customer not satisfy with product , then can have the right to get a refund, right?

In your policy"We trust our clients that’s why JoomShaper offers a full refund within 7 (seven) business days starting from the moment when the member make the payment."
I trust your words so I subscribe the plan,
but is this the way how your company treat your customer by ignoring customer's right?
From your words sound like it is impossible to get refund in any circumstance. I feel really disappointed with your customer service.
