Resolved Please help fix

I try to add the teachers info and I get this error "[u] Save failed with the following error: Unknown column 'education' in 'field list' " How do I get the teacher information to save.

I have checked the database table and no errors. So please help resolve the problem. Checking the database table for the extensions SP LMS show these five things it says no errors please can I have customer service to fix this problem.

Notice
Database table structure is up to date.
Database schema version (in #__schemas): 3.9.21-2020-08-02.
Update version (in #__extensions): 3.9.21.
Database driver: mysqli.
187 database changes were checked.
213 database changes did not alter table structure and were skipped.
