Resolved Page Builder Problem with inserting Images

Hello,

I have a problem with my PageBuilder.
Since the images from the website were stored in disorder or in the wrong places months ago, I wanted to create an ordered structure there and deleted the wrong images all via my FTP tool. Afterwards I created new folders via my FTP tool FileZilla and inserted all images there in a structured way.

Here's my problem:
If I go to "Content" > "Media", I see all inserted folders and can also look at the pictures. But if I go to the PageBuilder then I can't open anything under "Browse Folders" and I can't see any pictures under "all Items".

I already tried to upload a random image to media and then tried to insert it. Unfortunately, this does not work either.

Then I tried to insert the link manually by hand.
This works, but only for "Images". If I want to insert an image as background for example, this doesn't work either.

My question is: What can I do now to upload my pictures via my PageBuilder as before, without problems?

Hi,

Please update the PageBuilder to 3.2.3 version then let me know if you find any issue. In last version we fixed image upload issue.

I have the same problem...

I have PB 3.2.9, J 3.8

Please make sure you are using the latest version of pagebuilder.
Hopefully that'll solve your issue.

I have installed the newest 3.3 version, but no change. I can't still select the "browse folders" option. I have tried in firefox and chrome with the same result.

i have the same problem, when going to template style settings and try to insert logo, the "insert" and cancel button become unresponsive... using Helix 2.5.6

i discovered that by u sing JCE Editor v 2.5.12 this error might happen...

Please choose your default editor to tinymce and check if that solves the issue or not. If that solves the issue then i would suggest to use Tinymce instead.

SP Page builder is terrible with inserting images. Having to go back, save out of a file and source the relative is massively time consuming.
