I have uploaded Glamour on to my site which currently runs Maxima with Page Builder Free.
The template shows, but Page Builder does not update.

Hi there,
SP Page Builder is a part of Glamour Quick Start pack, it won't get installed if you install Glamour just as a standalone template. To update from your free SP Page Builder, please either install Glamour Quick start pack or purchase SP Page Builder and install it as a standalone extension.

your template info page makes no mention of it being only included in the QS package it states:
'SP Page Builder Pro - full version of Page Builder included, worth $39'
I have an existing (Joomshaper) template that I wish to continue using, but want to add Glamour on certain pages only.
Quickstart is not an option!

the main reason I resubscribed was to get this template and Page Builder, to use on an existing site, which I cant!

Hi Paul,
I will refer your request for refund to Kowshar Ahmed, our CEO. In my personal opinion, we delivered to you what we promised and you did receive Glamour template and SP Page Builder extension.
Yes, technically speaking the text on the Glamour page probably could state that the SP Page Builder comes only with the Glamour Quick Start pack but I personally don't think that that omission merits full refund.
Please give me a reason why you think so. I don't see how installing Glamour as a quick start would hinder your using it alongside other templates, ours or not.

Bottom line is that I made a decision based on unclear information!
I like you guys - some great templates and extensions - !would prefer to get this resolved without a refund....

How do I install a quickstart, which is a clean install of a full Joomla site, over a site that I have been working on for months, with hundreds of live members (it is a community), retaining settings, overrides, tweaks components etc?

Hi Paul,
Your web-site's settings, users and content assets, both created by your Joomla as well as by your extensions, however long you've been building those settings, users and content items, is actually your database and you should be able to comfortably import it with a few clicks at will and at any time, on any Joomla system, be it vanilla Joomla with no demo data, Joomla with demo data, a template quick start or your current Joomla system.
All it takes for such database import to work for you is making sure you installed the very extensions that your database tables refer to. Overrides should not be an issue, as any Joomla installation on the top of them will leave them intact, - surviving any update is their very purpose.
This only leaves us with your hacks. If they are critical for your system and written to the expected standards, your should have those hacks documented and their files saved on your hard drive. So, redeploying them on a new Joomla installation shouldn't be an issue for you.

I do not fully understand what you say, but guess that what you are suggesting is that I do a bit of work for something that you promote a 'plug and play'!
