Resolved optimise framework by remove old prefixes in css and reduce css complexity to improve SEO

hi, i'm newbee and i test the framework on my NAS (http://siege.gigarun.net/helix ) and test optimisation with https://yellowlab.tools/

My question : can i reduce css complexity and is old prefixes removables from css (components\com_sppagebuilder\assets\css) ? if yes how to keep this removed in case of helix update ?

But I don't understand how CSS can affect SEO?
Only by file size probably.
