Resolved Onepage template

Hi, first it's nice template. But i have a problem with main menu, when i add a parent menu items, it appears below. and external url on the new item dont work.
No link support forum ?

My site is on local with XAMPP i will try on the web as soon as possible.
If you add a parent menu items with external url the linik dont work.
Can you test this ?

I have tried the no-scroll and I still have the problem. I am running Joomla 3.2.3 and Akeeba Admin Tools on the site. I have had this on a few sites with 3.2.3 and Helix ii. I can create menu items, but the top level (root) menu item links do not function.
