Please find the attached screenshots. I looked into it, and you can add your image above the article like shown in the screenshot. If, however, you are looking to put the image beside the title thumbnail, that cannot be done. The icon represents the article category, but you can go to your article settings (as shown in second screenshot), and set your image at the top of the article (you may have to resize it).

Hi Dilruba, so the first screenshot is what I was going for (although what you did with the thumbnail is pretty cool), I wanted a full-width image above the whole post, but even though I had that image added in the Helix Blog Options as featured image. It wasn't showing up. So my questions would be, I guess, how do I get the full-width image as is shown here on the demo:
