Resolved One-Clip scroll menu

Hi,
I have a problem with the menu of the One-Clip template. The menu is normally positioned at the top of the page. When you scroll down the page, the menu follows you down but when you scroll the page back up till the top, the menu remain at the bottom of the first section of the page.

Can you help me?
