Resolved Offcanvas Menu not displaying when cliclking hamburger menu

Hi all, before posting I search for my related issue, but I couldn't find one, so here I create a new ticket.

Yesterday my client complains about Hamburger Menu (Offcanvas) not working. When I check I face the same problem. When Hamburger Menu is clicked Offcanvas is not showing. Can anyone tell me how do I solve this?

Thanks for contacting us & Sorry for the inconvenience. Would you please disable the jch_optimze plugin and check the result. If this process doesn't work, please let me know & provide me the Joomla administrator access via PM.

My problem was solved when "Compress Javascripts" is set to "No" in Template Setting.
