Guys. There is a need to create a shopping cart add-on to add some products to it. With the ability to send an order by email. You can implement it based on the "Form Builder" addon"

The product can be implemented via Feature Box or make a new addon "Product".

When there are 10-20 products or services, there is no need to put an online store component.

It would be great to implement this all within SP Page Builder.

Sorry, I have one question -- what payment gate should be implemented.
For example in RSForms Pro - there is also an e-commerce feature, but you have to pay extra for payment plugin, only offline and paypal is included. It's not so simple and cheap as you think.

Hi Paul. I guess it doesn't require a payment gate. Just manually processing orders coming to the email for a simple store (getting a lead).
I've done a similar thing using Feature Box, Convert Forms and and a simple javascript snippet. When the button is clicked, the title from the add-on is sent via javascript to a hidden form field. And I receive an email with the name of the product and the details of the buyer.

But of course this is not a complete shopping cart, just order the goods. For a full-fledged shopping cart, you need to create a full-fledged component, which is hardly possible inside the Page Builder. And this is not necessary. There are many excellent store components out there that don't make sense to compete with.

Thanks Pavel,
I agree for 1-2 products with small purchase rate it may be useful, but for more orders & products, the real shopping extension is needed.

Fully agree Joomshopping is a powefull tool.

We are not talking about a large number of products. 10-20 products. And to do this, install JoomShopping? ))

Need a bucket. Even let's say 1 product, but in the amount of 10 pieces. The price must be summed up.

The order can be sent simply by email without any payment system. You could connect some basic ones, such as Pay Pal.

I don't need to study it. I create it in the shops. But for 5-10 products to install JoomShopping?

Balboa Forms has a great solution, but SP Page Builder completely knocks out the site when these two components are working simultaneously.

For PayPal only you don't need extra component,
PayPal offers ready scripts to insert a simple "Buy & Pay"
just use their generators

Well, at least because you can use SPB to create a unique design for product cards. And in Joomshopping only ready-made templates.

It is very easy to customize via css with whatever design you want. It is hardly possible to make a visual builder for a store or at least add these features to SPPB. And if it were possible, it would be a lot of manual work for you. Setting up via css is much faster, more convenient and better in terms of global control. You don't have to edit every single item. A few lines of code and your directory has the look you want.

The store component is significantly better and more user-friendly than the visual builder. Muse's experience should have made this clear to you.

You again forget that you are using joomla (a very powerful system), not a page builder only. It cannot be endowed with all possible functionality for all occasions. The page builder is for creating beautiful general purpose pages only.

And the talk about the fact that many do not know css is talk in favor of the poor. Every normal webmaster should know css. This is the same if the driver did not know how to drive and would require that the car should drive itself.

Hello!
I believe that the shopping cart component should not be bypassed in the first place because it will be more convenient, faster and more beautiful! SPPB needs to evolve! Modern trends are looking at what is more practical and functional ...
The future of site building is BEAUTY, SIMPLICITY AND FUNCTIONALITY!

PS Nokia died not because she was not practical or beautiful, but because she stopped developing!

Nokia died because they didn't believe in Android OS and smartphones.
I know a few people who still use old Nokia Phones and they are still happy.
