1. SP Page Builder 1.x (not supported version)
  2. Monday, 06 June 2016
I do not get this.
I was having problems last week with Model Pop-ups last week, sometimes working and sometimes not.
I asked for assistance and received two suggestions
(1) upgrading to v1.10 and
(2) adding a different/unique Modal CSS ID number to each Modal Popup entry.
When I did that it has worked perfectly.
And I have been adding and testing Modal Pop-ups to my PB Page for two days.
All working perfectly.

This morning however none of them work?!

The content is there still as it should be - but, now; clicking on any Modal Popup button I have created, and which was working last week, just refreshed the page.
Can anyone assist please?

Hi there,

Could you please provide us with the URL of your web-site to have a look at your pop-ups?

Alex
Hi Alex,

Here is the page - http://www.the51st.co.uk/index.php?option=com_sppagebuilder&view=page&id=35&lang=en

Many – though not all – of the buttons are Modal Popup that do not work.
In particular 1st Column, 2nd Column, 3rd Column, and the button below are all Modal Popup

This page is also weird - http://the51st.co.uk/index.php?option=com_sppagebuilder&view=page&id=32&lang=en .

And now fails – but fails in a different way.
If you click the green ‘368 Aldridge J’ button – this is the message is

Hi Simon,

Do you think you could PM to me your Joomla super user credentials to have a look at the back end to see what is what please?

Regards,

Alex
Hi Alex,

Is this what you mean as credentials?

PAGE BUILDER PRO DEVELOPER LICENSE Active
License Key: [moderated]

Or do you need to log into our account?

Regards
Simon
Hi Simon,

Yes, I need your Joomla super user username and password, to be able to login to your site back end please.

Regards,

Alex
Hi Alex,

You are asking for my SUPERUSER backend access details - which is fine, that you shoiuld have those

BUT

Is it secure to give you those here?
Can't they then be seen by anyone following the thread?
Shouldn't I be sending those details (and you may need the WebHostingPad server details too?) by email (I can not find a [email protected] or any email address for you).

Regards
Simon
Hi Alex,

You have obviously been busy - time has slipped by from 6th to 13th because I have been away.

I have not had a reply to whether it is safe to put LOGIN and PASSWORD details on a public Forum - but we must somehow solve this problem and so I will have to risk it.

I sent an email to support - [email protected] - as follows - which included the access login and password to the server.

But I am not including those below.

I look forwards to hearing from you with your discovery:

Simon

Hi Alex,

Please 'Help yourself' to our web site admin pages and see if you can solve the problem.

The page I am working on with Modal Popups is - 09 June 2016 - Ron Stevenson passing and funeral (Alias: 09-june-2016-ron-stevenson-passing-and-funeral)

If you need to go onto the WEBHOSTINGPAD server - you will need
