To whom it may concern,
I am using the Helix II template. My mobile site is cutting the logo off and it is not showing information inline. There are modules way off on the right when I thought they should be stacking in the view of the mobile device. I have the responsive feature turned on and have tried other fixes such as Ehsan told someone to add the lines below to template.css:
/* Phones portrait and landscape */
@media only screen and ( max-width: 767px ){
a#logo {
width: 430px!important;
background-size: contain!important;
}
}
and add:
img {
width: auto\9;
height: auto;
max-width: 100%;
vertical-align: middle;
border: 0;
-ms-interpolation-mode: bicubic;
}

Neither of these fixed the logo or the modules not being responsive. If you go to other pages, the information is right next to the logo and still not below it. I have gone to each module position I created and made sure they have phone visibility in the all the rows and each module position. My site is honest.cloudaccess.net. I have turned off the large photos on the homepage in hopes that would help with the modules and everything not being responsive, but that did nothing. I would like for most of the information to show up from the desktop version to the mobile version.

Thanks,
Jayme

1. At first use the logo from templates images folder. Logo from template manager is not behave well in responsive.

2. Just apply the below css on templates responsive.less file media query would be 767

a#logo {
width: 430px!important;
background-size: contain!important;
}

3. You should delete the table to better view on responsive. You have row column option to do better. If you want to use table then see it : http://getbootstrap.com/2.3.2/base-css.html#tables

You have done inline style for table width and height. No one can do responsive with this.

So, all this problems comes by you, its not template issue.

Thanks for understand.

Any more ideas from any other Joomshaper people since Nayem doesn't have an answer?

Nayem,
I have turned off the area that had the only table on the site to show you what I'm talking about. The logo is still cut off and the modules are off the right for some reason and not centered below the logo. This is why I think it's something to do with the template. I'm not saying it's a development issue on your end. I'm just wondering if there is something I've missed somewhere for it not to resize like our OnePage template we have used on another site. We also have used the Helix II before and have all the same settings as that one and it shows up fine on the mobile site.

Thanks

Hi,
Sorry jayme, there is a lot of responsive issue and its not our support issue. you use table with fixed height and width and others more. you should hire a developer to solve this problem. This is not our template or framework responsive issue.
thanks

Nayem,
The site is set to responsive overall. I have also set each module/component to being responsive in the template settings. Is there something else that I am missing?
