Resolved Mobile Menu - how to get menu to display completely on mobile device

The menu on the mobile phone shows up as a small black square with white bars. How can i show the actual links?

I want to ask, when you click on the icon bar, didn't open the link?

Yes, you are right. You can click on the black icon and the links do show up. That
is a good thing. Just wondering if there was a way for folks to actually see the text links at the top of the mobile since some people may not think to click on the black icon.
