Resolved Minified intro image instead of cutting it.

Hi,

I added an intro image to my article, everything is ok except one detail :
when I reduce the size of my screen this intro image is cut. But actually, I would like it to be minified.
How could I do that ?

The intro image is cut whereas in the homepage :
http://www.assima.net/
the image is reduced.
