Resolved Menu gone on install

My problem is related to this question. I installed the ultimate demo. Then I installed the medico template. Menu no longer there.

I've downloaded the latest version of the medico template today.

In meantime, remember to clear browser cache, and click Preset header On/Off. It may help.

I figured what what caused the problem: I installed the Ultimate quickstart, and added the Medico template to it. When I installed the Medico quickstart, no problems.
