Resolved Main Menue - new menu item - doesn´t work

I have the OneClip template and would like to add a row and link it with an anchor in the menu above. But since I want to add the row again, the link does not work .... Please help
I can't find the setting in the Sp builder ...

ok. i found it ... at the bottom of the window row property
