I have a bug on Shaper Crux template, the main menu is always on top layer of the site and override the lightbox image, it's so bad
I have attach the screen shot of demo page from JoomShaper, please fix this

Yes, I see what you mean now.
The menu items text does remain visible through the images but the thing is that the page at https://soundtoanquoc.com/index.php/hinh-anh/singleimage/show-images/1016398_804128242972586_8690645274001808259_n.jpg/file.html and other pages under the hinh-anh menu item actually get generated by the "Event Gallery" extension (see my screenshot), which is a third party add-on and we don't support customisation of 3-rd party add-ons.
Please refer this request to the component's developer at http://www.svenbluege.de/joomla-event-gallery.

I've looked at your web-site front end and, apart from it loading very slow, did not find any abnormal behavior with your menu.
Could you please give me a navigation path to arrive to the modal window that, as you mentioned gets overlayed with the main menu?

when use pop-up content example is lightbox image, it's still behind the menu, the page demo of JoomShaper i attach is the sample.

Hi there,
The menu items are meant to bee seen through the image in the modal box. It's not a bug or error, it's just a feature.

Hi there,
It seems like by the "feature" you mean ability of your visitors to click on the menu items seen through images in your modal boxes? If I am correct in this assumption, then I don't see any reasons to be concerned over it. In fact, search engines give web-sites with easy navigation higher rank.
If you still want to make your menus not seen through your modal boxes, as I said before, you have to contact developer of your Gallery component. We don't provide support for 3-rd party extensions.
