Try checking in MENUS under PAGE TITLE tab. Most times "Enable Page title" is on.

via CSS yes, if you don't want a global color (which comes via your template) then add a class to this menu item and style it. Same for fonts.

Hi
Thanks to both of you for excellence guidance. I am not a coder so be patient as I try follow this.

I have placed two pics to illustrate. So I followed the development tools and saw the cSS line is 266. I went to the CSS template and line 266 and did the change. However, nothing changed.

What am I still missing?

Use this custom css

Add this css code inside the custom.css file.
Note: Path towards custom CSS:
Extensions>Templates>Styles>
Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options.
Then find custom CSS within the custom code.
