Help with included 3rd party assets
But as I go through your forums, I see your "support" really just consists of telling your customers what they (should know), or ..(it's in this file) - with no guidance on what to do. If you don't offer (ACTUAL ASSISTANCE) then you should remove that false advertisement from your purchase page. Or at least change it to (PARTIAL ASSISTANCE). All you gave Alberto was the file name - but no direction on what to do once he got there. Then tell me (We can't "teach you"
