Hi,

After asking J2Store for advice, they have pointed me back here - this website is using J2Store and the Tabs setting for Description/Specification/Custom Tabs. Joomla, J2Store and all other extensions are up to date.

https://www.underwoodsmotorsport.com/online-store/350zlink-n350

As you can see, the Tabs for Description/Specification/Engine Configuration/Inputs-Outputs are not displaying properly.

The text of the tabs is all close together and there is no actual 'tab' styling.

Can anyone help look at what I can change to resolve this please?

Thanks,

Chris

Not so hard. You need stylize 2 tag <li> and <a>, referring to them through the parent class.

Not quite the same as your layout is OK - you're just missing the language constant for Italian I think?

You can add the constant in within Languages - Overrides if you need to.

Yes. I have updated the Italian version but this tab is not translated.

Have you added a manual Italian language override for this missing constant?

Thanks Chris,
I've just done it:
J2STORE_PRODUCT_SORT_DESCRIPTION="Descrizione"
J2STORE_PRODUCT_DETAILS_TAB_SHARE="Condividi"

And what about css code customization for it? If I'm not mistaken, you have the skills. Or not?

I don't have the skills truth be told - yes I can use the CSS inspector, yes I can see what changes may affect this issue, however I cannot see anything that has helped and I'm stuck now.

It's difficult when J2Store say it is a JoomShaper issue and JoomShaper say it's a 3rd party extension and not supported by them.

It is not a question of both teams. It's customize css question. Just your template (Medico) is not have template for J2Store out of the box.

J2Store by default comes with a very poor template, that is intended to further customize via css.

Therefore, you have two ways to solve the problem:

- Buy a separate template for J2Store.
-Or-
- Сustomize via css. The best option in my opinion.

Thank you Pavel,

I have been working on my CSS skills within Helix-based templates, I've improved them for some design features I wanted to be able to do and am also getting better with J2Store work.

Sometimes it isn't as obvious for some CSS changes as others but once I get into the right place I can understand for the future :)
