I try to restrict an addon by setting the access level to "Guest" - so that it will not be shown when a user is logged in.

But still it shows - have I misunderstood the concept completely - or is something wrong ?

Thanks for your answer,

the way I see your example. it shows that "Registred" and "Special" is not shown to the public - and thats fine.

But my problem is - that content set at "Guest" is visible when you are logged in.

And unless I have misunderstood everything, "Guest" is public content that will not be visible when Logged in ?

J-)

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. I just checked my end and it works fine.

Did you change any user group permission?

-Thanks

Thanks for your response :-)

- and you are right - from a FrontEnd perspective, everything looks fine - because I found a way around it and used DJ Catalog2 to control the access instead.

The problem in PageBuilder though, is when you are logged in.

(As far as I know, I haven't changed any permissions.)

The way I figured it should work is like this:

1. When in Public or Guest mode : The green box is shown, and the video is hidden
2. When Logged in as Member: The video is shown, and the green box is hidden

But the reality right now is:
1. When in Public or Guest mode : The green box is shown, and the video is hidden
2. When Logged in as Member: The video is shown, but so is the green box (set to Guest access level)

Hope this gives you an idea.

(I´ll make a short video, and post the link)

Thanks again.
