I am trying to upload the quick startpackage (doctor) I have purchased at Jooshaper on an OVH server.
When I use the net2ftp log, I have an error message saying that the file is too big (net3ftp is limited to 10M
They recommend to use PHP for bigger file but I can't find it on OVH
Thanks

The installation of Quickstart is beyond support. In most companies it's extra paid service.

It would be easier (as I told you) to upload zip file and unzip it from cPanel - file manager. It should take you 90sec. Look

Hi,
I guess you don't understand the difference between template and Quickstart, am I right?
Read: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/joomla-templates/unei#template-quickstart-sp-page-builder-pro
----

Quickstart includes Joomla inside, that means that you have to upload that file using File Manager from cPanel -- then unzip it and run installer.
OR
Unzip all files & folders and upload them using FTP tool, then run Joomla installer.

Is now all clear?

Dear Paul
Actually I understand the difference between a template and quickstart. I know how to install your template and did it but would like to try your quickstart that include teh semplate but also an almost ready to use web site, correct?
So I removed joomla from the server (I installed it on OVH with a one click tool) and now I am trying to upload the quickstart, that include Joomla but also many other files and this where I am stuck. If I give you my login and password FTP, could you upload this quickstart Doctor for me?
that would be great!
Thanks

It looks like that I am almost there.
I have been able to upload the quick start package and to proceed with the installation of Joomla.
In backend site, I have all the menu and structure, including SP page builder
my only last issue is when I go to the front end web site, I cant find any info, just the standard message site in construction
Coudl you help me please?

DELETE index.html file from the root folder.

It's from hosting provider.
